Fostering LTD understands that Foster Carer/s have the right to choose which agency they work for. We believe that Foster Carer/s wanting to transfer agencies should not feel pressured by their current agency to remain with them.   
We consider applications to transfer from another agency to us from any approved foster carer, as long as this is in the best interests of any child/young person in placement and is in full agreement of the child/young person’s placing authority.

We follow this guidance and the principles of the protocol.
